Usage Rights
These terms apply if you download or use the app. You may not reproduce or modify our trademarks or any portion of the software. Extracting source code or creating derivative works is prohibited. The software remains SecurityFist property along with all trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights.
Service Modifications
SecurityFist reserves the right to alter the app or impose fees for features whenever deemed appropriate. Charges will never be applied without full disclosure.
Device Security
ExceedMobileApp™ stores and processes personal data you submit. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services including Google Play Services, each with their own terms and conditions.
Liability
SecurityFist disclaims liability for connectivity issues, data charges, device battery depletion, and reliance on third-party information sources.
Updates & Termination
Updates may be required for continued use on Android and iOS. SecurityFist may discontinue the app; upon termination, licenses granted under these terms will end.
